 Job Order Intake

  • Meet with hiring managers and talent acquisition to assess client's hiring needs and discuss company selling points.
  • Craft compelling job descriptions and provide insight into candidate market and compensation benchmarking.
  • Discuss the reason for the opening, pain points the team is trying to alleviate and what the expectations are for the first 90-180 days.
  • Define candidate evaluation criteria/tools and the interview process (interviews, participants, method, etc.).


Candidate Sourcing & Screening

  • Source passive candidates through internal networks and active outreach.
  • Thoroughly screen candidates through virtual interviews via Teams or Zoom.
  • Ensure candidates are genuinely interested and excited about the opportunity at hand, as well as being a skill based match for the role.


Full-Cycle Recruitment

From sourcing to placement, we manage the entire process to save you time and resources. We partner with you to:

  • Coordinate/schedule interviews and manage feedback loops with the candidate, hiring manager, and internal talent acquisition teams.
  • Negotiate verbal offers and acceptance.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process from offer acceptance to start date.


Post-Placement Support

  • Our partnership doesn’t end at placement. We stay in touch with all of our candidates post placement to ensure they are succeeding in their new role and are the right fit for your team. 
  • We maintain an ongoing feedback loop by also conducting regular check-ins with hiring managers for the first 6 months of each candidate’s employment.
